Currently, the Payment Reconciliation feature (the “Outstanding credits” section shown in your screenshot) is not available in the Mobo Billing mobile app.
At the moment, the app supports:

Recording New Payments: You can register new payments directly against an invoice.

Viewing Amount Due: The app displays the “Amount Due” for each invoice.

Payment History: You can view payments that have already been reconciled on the Odoo server.
The ability to allocate existing outstanding credits/debits directly from the mobile interface is a great suggestion, and we have noted it for future development.
